HOA is unreasonable. More informers here than in Moscow. Can’t wait to report you for violations.
HOA is incompetent, lazy, uneducated. Relies on management company for guidance and they are just as bad. Eg: fountains down for 9 months. Selective enforcement. Low class.
If you would like to see a fun time join the facebook group and look at all the fighting and bickering We have rented here for 10 months now and would never buy. Lease is up in another month and ready to leave.
