Just got off the phone with them, horrible customer service, instead of being courteous and wanting to help after asking for a quote for screen print and embroidery the guy blantsntly said he wasn’t going to do what I asked about in a rude fashion, I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else.
If you blink you drive right past em lol These guys do great work and I was very pleased with my embroidery.
Have used them several times. Good Quality shirts, and printing is excellent. However I went to place an order and they had lost all my camera ready artwork. Do a backup People. Now have to recreate camera ready artwork. Like the work and quality, but the office is absolutely filthy and messy, and no one seems to know what is going on.
Our company has worked with them multiple times. At first it was fine now we have switched over to another company. Lack of communication and organization!!
