The attendant behind the window on the uptown 1 platform on 23rd st station just witnessed two people jumping the turnstile and did nothing. He just stared. Like they didn’t pay their fare. Do something.

Cant say it the best station. Like many t has delay in train arrival time and the staff simply do not care. Its like it is what it is, if you don't like it so don't take the train.
