We order from this restaurant regularly but last night will be the last time. After a very long day, we ordered our favorites from the restaurant - after two hours it was finally delivered. The driver said he tried to pick up twice but was told our order was delayed both times. Finally upon delivery at 9:30, my entree was missing. On the receipt it was scratched out in black marker. They didn’t call or anything to ask if I might like to order something else - 9:30, after a two hour wait, and I had to go out myself to find dinner. I took the bag directly to the restaurant and asked for an explanation - the hostess was rude and told me she could take my number to ‘call me later’ about it. Ridiculous. They couldn’t understand why refunding my half of the meal wasn’t enough. That doesn’t make up for the two hour wait and then having to go out and find something. Helpful hint 3 Times: if you run out of ingredients for one of your entrees, simply be courteous and call the customer and ask if they would like something else (like all other restaurants do). It ruined our night, last time ordering from here.

They have two locations here in NYC. They serve up very authentic Chinese food at reasonable prices. The soup dumplings are incredible and my favorite dish was probably the egg plant. Stock up on their frozen dumplings too by going on their website and ordering online this winter!

Delicious food and one of my favorites in the neighborhood! I’ve continued getting takeout even through Covid-19 and it never disappoints. Soup dumplings and dry pepper chicken are my favorite.

This place is great! Delicious and authentic food. Particularly love the scallion noodles, radish cakes and sautéed string beans. Also LOVE that your takeout containers are eco-friendly!!! Wish more places would do that.

This place caught our glimpse when we were passing by on a warm Jan. night (Yep! It was 70 degrees in Jan, in NYC) Looked like a new establishment and 3 of decided to dine in. The host was attentive and got us seated immediately, the servers were courteous and never let our glasses run out of water or wait to be called. Food was definitely delicious and reasonable prices. Else where else in NYC can you order a vegetarian fried rice, a shrimp fried rice, noodles, dumplings and two servings of pancakes for 55 (including tips). Worth a trip if you’re in neighborhood and looking for comfort food in Union Sq!
