Best designed Acne in the City!
I recently purchased jeans from the acne studios website. I ordered two sizes because I was really unsure of the fit. I decided to call the Madison Ave. store where I spoke to Courtney who was absolutely wonderful. Courtney provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. She kindly told me I could email pics of the fit of the two sizes and she'll tell me which of the jeans was a better fit for me. She quickly responded to the email as well as called me to explain which size was best. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the time taken aside for me even though I bought them from their website. Courtney and the Madison Ave. staff are an asset to acne studios with their garment knowledge and outstanding customer service. It truly shows their passion for the company and its quality clothing. Now, I can't wait to visit the store and make my next purchase there.
