Nice little statue in the side of the park

A great fall walk through Central Park.
best statue in the world hands down
We recently spent time in Central Park during a visit to NYC an enjoyed seeing numerous monuments surrounded by trees in colourful spring blooms. One such monument as that of American Founding Father, Alexander Hamilton. You can find the granite statue of Alexander Hamilton around 82nd and 83rd street behind the MET and just near to the Great Lawn. Here you see a middle-aged Hamilton standing in stately attire from the colonial era. He is peering slightly to his right, with right arm bend, fist held against his chest. He appears to be holding a rolled manuscript in his left hand, which is resting atop a small pillar. Surrounded by trees in bloom, it is a nice monument to view during an afternoon at Central Park in the spring.
Pretty good. But I don't think he was as progressive as portrayed, and I don't think hip-hop had been invented yet
