2nd Reformation

Made appointment online Saturday Jan.2 for an oil change for Tuesday Jan 5, at 4pm. Nobody gets in touch to confirm it, so Tuesday morning I call the \service department\ number and nobody picks up. I then call main number and ask if I am good to go for my appointment. Lady says \ Ohhh I can't do past 11:30 am\. What? Service is open till 11:30 am only? Weird hours, seeing every other dealer shows 5pm as the last available time slot. Plus their online form shows latest as 5 pm also? And that's it, no \sorry\, no \ would you like some other time slot\, nope. I guess no oil change for me there.

Only great things to say here about Alfa Romeo Manhattan! Nicholas Tzivas was great to work with and was always willing to help - even pestering him at night and on the weekends, he always responded quickly and professionally. They were able to get us in our dream car at exactly the price we were looking for - great deal. Even with us being the most picky customers ever, Nick was patient and showed us everything in their inventory trying to get us exactly what we were looking for. If you are in the market for a nice car that's fun to drive, do yourself a favor: stop in, ask for Nick and let him guide you from there. You are in great hands.

Horrible experience. Lied about services that they did not complete. Told me they did tire rotation but I had the lock key at my house. On top of that, the one wheel with a small scratch was in the same spot. When I pointed it out, the guy was like oh I go by what’s on the paper. Did an oil change and came back with less oil than I originally had. Claimed they solved the electrical issue but the same problem started a day after. Never again. What a disgrace to a brand that’s supposed to be premium

I am normally not one for writing reviews, but the team at Alfa Romeo Manhattan is incredible. From the opening phone call with Nicholas Tzivas, through the signing for our new Alfa, Nick was professional, knowledgeable and courteous to myself and my fiancé. Furthermore, in these tough time’s, schedules are increasingly difficult to manage, all Nick wanted to do was work with us and our crazy schedules. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and the incredible job he does. Highly recommend you call Nick for your next vehicle! We will be back for years to come!
