They don't make them like Henry anymore! This store owner has to be one of the friendliest, kindest and welcoming people left in the city! Besides the truly outstanding customer service, his merchandise is stellar and when you see the price tag you will be a lifetime customer! He treats you like family and his prices and quality make you feel like he is giving you a special deal each time. So glad I found this treasure hidden in the city! I love my bags!
My sister and I first found out about Henry's shop around four years ago. Now, whenever we make our yearly New York trip, we have to stop at Army & Navy Bags. Not just because Henry makes great company as a genuine and kind soul, but because his merchandise is durable with prices and variety that can't be beat! We've gotten two satchels, two wallets, and most recently two bookbags from him and they've all served us perfectly in addition to being a reminder that there's good in the world in the form of my good friend Henry!!
