Aspire Down Under and Shelley Madsen are the best! Shelley helped us plan a 4 month trip to Australia and New Zealand and we had a blast. Everything went as planned, except when I messed up, but Shelley was there to fix it immediately. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us!

I got overwhelmed doing my research for our first big international trip to NZ. So, I got in touch with Aspire Down Under - their services to the rescue! Megan was responsive, set up a call to clarify and tweak various itinerary desires, and was up to date on air fares, new NZ entry requirements, etc. We had the best anniversary trip on both islands. The ground arrangements were all thoughtful and did various upgrades/amenities on wishing us a happy anniversary as well. Before we departed for our trip, Megan took us through the itinerary in detail, answered some of our basic \what to do\ questions in terms of phone service, emergency contacts, weather, electricity, on-the-ground issues. I am so happy we got to take this \trip of a lifetime\ and hope that we will be able to book with Aspire for when we want to visit Australasia again!

We had a wonderful experience using Aspire Down Under to help plan our Honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand! All of the tours, activities, hotels, transportation etc. were so perfect and smooth. We couldn’t have done it without Heather! From ideating, to booking, to communicating, Aspire made the process so easy for us and we really appreciated it. We had a general outline of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and Aspire customized a plan of everything we were looking to do and other must-see and must-do things along the way. Every vendor, hotel, and transportation they booked for us was great. When we had one cancellation due to weather and unforeseen circumstances, we were notified by Aspire right away and connected to their local affiliate office to help plan and coordinate an alternative option. We definitely recommend anyone traveling to this region should use Aspire Down Under!

I traveled to New Zealand with Aspire. I will name Sarah as my agent. At different ages in life you are prepared for various outcomes, college, family, and so forth. Nothing prepared me for the marvelous time I had in New Zealand a direct result in how Sarah planned my lovely adventure. There are some events in life thank you simply is not enough, but we do not have words for any further appreciation, Thank you Sarah, and thank you Aspire. Words can't describe the gratitude we have for Aspire Down Under and specifically Shelby. Even though my husband and I have traveled quite a bit and have no problem planning/doing research we knew we were in over our head when we decided to go to Australia/Fiji for our honeymoon. I was connected to Shelby through a friend of mine and she was nothing but patient, understanding and EXTREMELY helpful in all aspects of planning. They'll work with your budget, your interests, requests, etc to create a package perfect for you. The hotels we stayed at were all clean, friendly and centrally located in each city (Melbourne, Sydney, Uluru, Port Douglas). The tours and travel arrangements were all on time and have no complaints. Even though we wanted to try to go to New Zealand this trip, we're so glad we listened to Shelby who advised focusing our 2 weeks in 1 country instead and relax for a few days after (Fiji). New Zealand is definitely top of our list of countries to go the next time we can take 2 weeks off and we will definitely be using Aspire Down Under/Shelby without question.
