I came in here for my first time to print out a legal-sized document. I asked how much one legal-page would cost and the employee said 2. I asked them to print the document, while I went outside to retrieve another dollar. I came in and went to pay & retrieve my page. This same employee printed out my legal document on a letter paper... incompetent/short-term memory loss :'( total waste of precious time and money.

Good service but overpriced. Copies are really expensive and not of great quality. Maybe the other things they sell are cheap. As sad as it is, because it’s a chain, Staples is about half the price for better quality copies. However the person in charge was really nice.
