I have to say that I am very impressed with Holliday's. My husband bought me flowers for my birthday last Thursday. On Saturday, a few of the flowers were dead. I took a photo and tried to call the shop. They were closed for the rest of the weekend. Monday was Labor Day and calling wasn't on my radar not to mention that they were probably closed for the holiday.

This place has really gone downhill. Very mediocre stuff, customer service was less than desirable. Can find better stuff for similar prices elsewhere.
There's a nice selection of home goods in stock with a courteous staff; I'm definitely going back!
The cashier that was servicing another customer was EXCELLENT. Multitasking efficiently and patiently answering questions. The manager or the woman that was called over to help me for an online PICK UP not even an in-store purchase was curt and unfriendly and not helpful. I asked if they had birthday gift bags or wrapping that I could wrap my newly purchased Nespresso machine. She replied, no just holiday bags. The friendly cashier next to her while working on another customers return suggested that I check out the complimentary wrapping paper station. I did. It worked out perfect. I actually walked over to thank the cashier. Oh, and the customer who was making the big return complimented my wrapping skills. Retail is tough. I get it. The store is tricky to find. The website address is inaccurate. Perhaps it's their mailing address. The Google Maps address is correct . Not sure I'd return.
