Bicoastal MGMT is the most INCREDIBLE agency I have ever had the pleasure of being repped by. They’ve given me more time than any agency (I have been with STATE & Q models) even after not booking & years of sizing & weight fluctuations. They continue to push me to go sees & clients. I am truly grateful to each and everyone at bicoastal for believing in me no matter what. Last year I even breeched my contract (without knowing it) & they changed it for me so graciously! The owner is a beautiful soul and cares about every single one of her models. Bicoastal mgmt wants to see everyone succeed even if it’s not with them, and this is what sets them apart from everyone. Refusal of letting models out of contract regardless if they're unhappy and not booking. Contracts are \at will\ and if a party is unhappy they shouldn't have to ride out a contract or a 30 day letter just null and void the contract as of that day. Wish each other well and go about your business.

Working with the team at Bicoastal is always professional and pleasant. They are hard working and warm. I always feel that the communication is clear and personal- and they never submit me for work I am not comfortable with.
