My wife, daughter and I decided yesterday to rent a bike to ride in Central Park. After doing a quick search in the Groupon website, I found an option to buy tickets for 2 hours with discounts. We bought the tickets and headed directly to the store without a reservation. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and clarified our questions about my purchase, they provided all details regarding the bikes, child seat and also the best way to enjoy the ride in Central Park. We got two new bikes. I enjoyed my bike, the ride was smooth and my wife's bike was really good but was bit small for her height. Next time we will try another bike bigger than the one used today.

Shout-out to Alex & Co...after a looooooong search that took me through weeks of online shopping and visiting several shops in the BX & within the city I was able to find something used* (but they have plenty bre bikes) to my liking, within budget and best of all had all my questions answered, no problems. I speent about 90 minutes going through a variety of options and they fixed me up and sent me on my way! Thanks guys, y'all earned this review...keep up the good work.

Had a great experience. Only store in Manhattan (it seems) with readily available stock of bikes. Got a good deal on a new Giant. Store assistant encouraged me to take it for a test ride in Central Park and then helped me choose the right accessories. Really happy with my purchase and experience in the store.

This is a tourist trap/scam; they are lying to make you book online and then they don’t have the kids bike they confirmed over the phone. would not recommend at all this rental store. Go a few blockS north and you will find much better prices and bikes
