Very professional and excellent service! They are very organized and quick. I did not even have to wait. My application interview process was very smooth and left the center very shortly and ALL DONE! Everyone at this center is very welcoming and helpful. Exceptionally impressed! I would give them 10 stars. Staff is very kind and helpful. Come prepared with everything that they require and you will have no problem! I went over prepared and was given back some paperwork. I had a 1 pm appointment and arrived 15 mins early but they accommodated me to have a seat inside. Check in with the gentleman when you enter and wait for your turn. Turn off your cellphone and do not bring any food or drinks. I was out in 1 hour, don’t expect to be in and out like a Starbucks. There is a cafe on the same block where your family can wait for you if they don’t want to stand outside the building. Again come prepared with EVERYTHING they mention on the checklist and you will have NO problem. I got lucky, had my appointment on Monday morning and had my passport back with approved visa on Friday with their overnight courier service. They have a good passport tracking system with their SMS service which kept me updated on each step of the process. Worry free and efficient. To pick up your passports they have lots of requirements and courier option is hassle free and fastest. If you want to visit Europe, get your visa from the Spanish Consulate only. They have excellent service and are client oriented. Great management!

Have to give BLS-Spain Visa Application Center 5 stars!!! Specially want to thank Mr.Percy Bhathena and Ms.Christine Brown. That was last year August, I urgently needed a VISA to catch my flight to Spain in 2 days. And at the time, there was no expedite VISA service. After I explained my situation to Percy and Christine, they helped me out to hand write a letter to the Consulate General and marked my application as urgent. Because of their help, I successfully got my VISA the next day and got on my flight the day after. When I was in BLS, I saw the whole team was very nice and helpful, tried their best to make the application process smooth and fast. I saw their hard work, I really appreciate it! Thank you!!!

They are clear in their communication and the way they handled the paperwork, they understand what works and what doesn’t. That helps in making sure we have everything so trip is no wasted. They offered help to print something at last minute and also offered quick service as I have business trips coming up. I will update the review once I get my passport....
