I like this place. Great English fare - fish and chips was fresh, chips were warm and crisp, prompt, clean, and attentive service, beautiful views of Central Park West/59th Street and Columbus circle. Cocktails are quality and they have a good wine selection by the glass. Prices are reasonable and social distancing measures are well observed.

Duck kale salad was excellent, The dressing was light w little sweetness. The duck was well prepared good firm texture but less flavorful than typical. The house made butter is fluffy and nice salty flavor for British style baguette, rock solid w soft and chewy inside.

I would have come here sooner had I known a cafe/restaurant like this existed! Outer area looks like a posh coffee lounge and as you go further in, it transforms into a beautiful restaurant. I came for cappuccinos but would come back to try their tea time for sure.

Came here for breakfast with a view. Reception staffs very attentive. Nice bar, nice contrail. Had the French toast option, although very sweet, I enjoy it. Ask for extra bacon lol. This isn’t a hot option, they have plenty on the menu, including their take on the English breakfast. The restaurant is situated on the 3rd floor of the shopping mall. Ask to be seated by the window, I’m sure the view only gets better with the seasons.

Super cute and make a mean martini. What more is there to love? Oh the chef having a stash of marmite on hand. Oysters were plucked straight from the sea and the complimentary, fresh sourdough bread soothes the soul.

***Disclosure Alert*** My daughter, Rachel is a pastry chef at Bluebird London, NYC. That being said, she treated her mother and I out to dinner and we had a wonderful time. I had the beef wellington and mom had the roast duck, both were delicious. Dessert was exceptional (and not just because my daughter made it). I had a strawberry rhubarb compote over ice cream. Loved it. The staff was great. Our waiter was friendly and attentive without being overly familiar. The atmosphere was nice and added to a very pleasant evening.

Had afternoon tea at this restaurant overlooking Columbus Circle in the Time Warner building. Despite all the negative reviews i had heard about, i had a wonderful experience. We were seated with a beautiful window view. The host and waitress were very friendly and attentive. In addition, the tea set was creative and delicious. The sandwiches were very tasty. The sconces came with house made jam that was out of this world. In the dessert plate, there were meringue hiding a yellow creamy yoke, giving a feeling of poached eggs. The umbrella macarons were delicious and the blue bird cream puff was fantastic.

The view is amazing but the food is just fine. I ordered avocado toast. The bread is too hard to chew.
