I got the catfish box and loved it. I have never had catfish before so I don't have a great frame of reference, but it was well seasoned, and seemed freshpiping hot when I got my order. I also enjoyed the sauces. Staff were friendly and helped me understand the options available. I'd love to be able to pay a bit more for a larger portion size though.

Nice place over by Avenue C. The Mac n cheese was average, but the wings, biscuits and chicken sandwich were very good! The wings were well cooked and the skin was crunchy but not falling apart like other places. I’d come again, plus our male server was cute. thanks for the idea on the slow clapping on our late friend.

By far one of the best fried chicken sandwiches in the city. Very affordable, and good sized. Such a cute outdoor setup and the staff is great. Wouldn’t recommend their Mac and cheese, as it’s a little bland.

Great food but portions are way too little for the price you pay and just beware this location is always busy and always check your order before you leave so they don't make the mistake of missing anything out. Had this issue only a couple times and they are very iffy about believing their customers but for the most part I have nothing else to complain about. Great fried chicken!

I'm a local and this place has delicious fried foods, soul food. Stop wasting time trying to decide and go. They have beer and wine too. Sides are delicious. Everything is fu*king delicious. My favorite is the chicken tenders, with Mac on the side. The staff is friendly and efficient. Perfect for a date and/or a seamless order. I attached pics for your viewing pleasure . I was stunned when I found this bobwhite spot. I've been waiting a long time for fried food joint in the neighborhood. You won't be disappointed.
