Great customer service. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. I made a deposit on an item and then got put on leave from my employer due to Covid-19. Brigandi was very understanding and held my item until I could pay off the item which was above and beyond. I've bought numerous items from Brigandi through out the years. Serious high ticket purchases, no pocket change, real high end stuff. On two transactions I realized that I made a mistake it was the wrong purchase - Brigandi returned my money no questions asked. On another purchase, I left the item at their vault for a month, when I went back to pick up the item I realized I lost my receipt. Again no issues they honored the deal. For me that goes a long way, not to mention the staff is extremely knowledgable and professional.
