Purchased tickets for April. Theatres are closed due to pandemic. Have written several emails for refund. Nothing! Just the run around. No one answers the phones either!

They were right there to help when we needed it. My email put the tickets in JunkMail. They followed up with text and email to help straighten it out. Very good service!

Avoid at all costs. Listed tickets incorrectly- delivered obstructed view seats- agreed they screwed up and said give us an hour or so and we will get you as close to what you ordered as we made an error. Hours later best they Could do is charge Me an additional 70 for seats in the rear of the theater- I ordered row c and offered q for 70 more. No attempt to right a wrong- phone folks could care less. Finally offered refund but money tied up for days and my 10 year old Did not get to see Aladdin. Terrible experience. Could have cared less about customer service. Beware.
Broadtickets were a really efficient organisation and I was really happy when I was able to book tickets for School of Rock on Broadway at fairly short notice. Unfortunately our flight to New York was cancelled due to bad weather and when I contacted Broadtickets they agreed to contact the theatre and they refunded my money and waived the cancellation fee. That was sweet .
