Cacio e Pepe is so dear to our hearts. Their food is amazing, and dessert is so good. On top of this, the owner and entire team truly care to make sure your experience is as perfect as it can be. Cacio e Pepe allowed my fiance and I to rent out their beautiful backyard garden for a small engagement party, and they went ABOVE and beyond to make sure our entire evening was as perfect as possible. I cannot recommend Cacio e Pepe enough!

This place fully deserves 5 stars- the pasta and the sauce were SO GOOD that we had to order extra bread to wipe off our plates :’) 2 of us got the truffle fettuccine, another the lasagna, and another the fat noodles with the shrimp. The pasta tasted fresh, the bread was fresh and warm, and the sauce was fresh as well!
I usually don't like going out for Italian because I'm always disappointed but this one pleasantly surprise
Me and my Boyfriend came here for the first time a few days ago while visiting NYC. The staff is very friendly, the service was very fast. Our only complaint is that the portions are VERY SMALL! We left there STILL HUNGRY! For the price you pay, you would think that the portions would be a lot bigger. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious.... Just won't be going back until they increase their portions.
We were so pleasantly surprised here! Both ordered the Cacio e Pepe (when it’s the restaurant’s name, how can you not?!). It was absolutely delicious. The serving was just eight and came unexpected in a huge cheese wedge. Perfection. The service was pleasant, attentive and friendly. Noise varied between medium to high volume. Good for groups - wouldn’t recommend as a romantic date spot. A date with someone you’re close and don’t need to set a mood with is just right!
Food was ok. Nothing spectacular. Cheese wheel was cool. I did not like the fact that it is not listed anywhere that they only accept AMEX or cash and we were not informed this until we were ready to pay. Also, coming from Long Island we were not aware of an automatic 20% gratuity is already added. Call me crazy but I like to tip based on service and service was not worth 20%, we paid it but we were not happy. We will not be going back.
Nice back garden seating. Cacio Pepe was definitely the star. It was dramatic in presentation, perfectly al dente and creamy
Sorry but it was the worst Italian food ever! Never go there! I know I will never!
