There is nothing like a local business! Needed carpet the next day and called Empire in a panic, only to find out Empire's ext day\ is a scam. In a bigger panic, downloaded yelp, and found Carpet Factory. We showed up at the store close to 5:00 p.m. and Carpet Factory came through in every way: friendly, acccomodating, professional, reliable, honest (actual sq. footage less than we told them, based on Empire's measuring. After installation, CF charged less than written up! We never would have known the difference); competitive pricing, great installers.
