First week in the world on my own and of course my water heater floods the basement. I was panicking and searched for a local plumber and found Chelsea Cooling and Heating. Amazing customer service from the first moment I called. The lady I spoke with told me not to worry and ensured me a plumber would arrive within the hour . Not even 30 minutes later Frank arrived and was the utmost professional. He spent almost an hour helping salvage what we could from the basement. He completed the job that day and didn’t end up charging me the hour of his help. . You don't come across people like that anymore. Considering my basement flooding was defiantly not something that made me happy, Chelsea Cooling and Heating turned this into a pleasant experience. I recommend you guys to EVERYONE!
