Purchased 2 items from them 6 months ago. It took them 2 months to email me saying one of the items was out of stock and then dispatched the other. 1 month later it shows the item they sent is sitting in Miami as International Dispatch ready. It’s now been 6 months since my initial purchase. The tracking still shows it hasn’t left the USA. By law this is regarded as lost in transit and I should have been given a refund months ago.I have emailed them several times but all I get is a response telling me to check it with my local post office or USPS to get information. Don’t ever order from a business that won’t guarantee delivery or a refund.

This company scams people. First of all. All the 5 stars account have only one Rating on Google Local. I ordered products for almost 150 2 months ago. I asked a lot of times for my products. They ONLY use templates answers. They say Corona is the problem, but in same time of waiting I got products from China, South-Korea without any problems. So avoid this company! I asked now for second time for refund. I don't think they will help, but fingers crossed
This was my first time purchasing from Chic and I had a pleasant experience. The items were beautiful when I purchased them. The shipping was pretty quick. The items did seem a little bit more pricier, but given the unique styles of the items, the price is worth it.
I ordered July 16 and have yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed several times for tracking info and all they say is that I should get it next week well next week has passed numerous times. I feel like I should go ahead and dispute the charges with my bank now.
