I was always respected for my speed, skills, having my own transportation and tools. FINALLY...since joining the union; now I get respectable pay and benefits to compliment it all. Thank you!
Please do not work for kelly, there’s not much diversity in the office as reference to the Latino remark, but race is not the problem, the lack of communication, the structure, and the inappropriate comments on performance without giving a “temp” its chance to perform before removing someone from the position. I believe regardless professionalism should be delivered especially due to the position given to her. I think kelly needs to reassess her tactics of management due to her making reference to “miserable people” when she needs to be compassionate of them wanting to make a career and be part contributing to the community.
