I have used Cook Travel now two times. I highly recommend. Francis took highly personalized care of me in a very delicate situation. I lost my mom when I was on a trip and he went above and beyond to take care to get me home and to get the situation handled in a caring manner. I can’t recommend Francis enough! Thank you!

I needed last minute flights for a trip to very remote China location. The Cook agent I worked with found flights that were either direct or with just one layover for me within 5 hours and and at very reasonable rates. I had tried using online travel sites but was finding extremely expensive flights with multiple stops that would were triple the travel time of the flight arrangements Cook found. . I definitely will will work with Cook again.
We brought tickets to/from the UK about three months before travel. The Cook Travel story broke while we were in the UK and we thought there might be problems with our return, but we were OK We have found that Cook consistently offers cheaper business class tickets on Virgin Atlantic by about 1000 compared to AAA, the Wall St Journal and other groups. Long may Cook Travel continue!
I was so pleased to find such a professional company to help make my travel reservations. They Researched a great route in what was a semi-complicated set of travel plans. I had not used Cook before and reached out to them after several futile efforts with other companies to put together an acceptable plan. I was particularly pleased that they minimized layovers. What seemed impossible for other companies all seemed so simple for them. A bonus was the marvelous staff member who worked with me.
