I met the owner Mr. Campbell back in 2011 when I went for an interview for a security position. Mr. Campbell hired me and I began working part time in March 2012. Mr. Campbell had me working in retail and corporate all while working part time. I've learned so much having Mr. Campbell train me all while working part time that in 2020 a family shelter in Brooklyn was looking for a Security Director and I was asked to come interview for the position. What I learned at CSR I brought to the table @ my interview for the Security Director Position and I was able to secure the position.Now March 2, 2021 I will have completed one year as Security Director. I owe so much to Mr. Campbell who gave me the opportunity to be where I'm at today. Thank you Steven for ll you have done.

I left Admiral Security to work for Corporate Security Resources. Their core values based on integrity, accountability, and respect which align to mine, and there was never a security company that I worked where the owner called you over the phone just to check on you, I love the level of the humility and humbleness they have, and they really put people first before profits. The time that I worked for them was something that I will never forget, I love the environment that I was working at, and people there were really nice to us. I love the fact I didn’t have to wear a specific uniform and be in suit at all time. I don’t work Security anymore since I left Corporate Security Resources. If they have another contract in Washington DC I will definitely work for them again no matter what field I’m in. I follow them with my heart not for the money and the pay is great.
This has been the best company I've ever worked for. They treat their employees with respect and quickly resolved any issues that we had. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and the company promotes from within. Mr. Campbell and Alex was always available to answer any concerns or questions no matter the day or time. This was actually a job where I didn't feel like a forgotten employee. The sites are upscale and the working environment is very friendly. We were able to wear our own business suits and that was a plus for me. I will always want to be apart of the CSR team and work for them. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities CSR has given me.
Corporate Security Resources is a great company to be a part of. Their management team has been one of the main reasons I stayed at CSR for over 4 years. My manager(Alex) could always to reached, which is an incredible thing. I have worked at several security companies in NY, and getting in contact with a manager was always a nightmare. Alex answers both calls and texts, and is willing to listen and help out. CSR's management would also make frequent trips to our work site to talk to each individual security officer, and to answer any questions or concerns. Another great part of working for CSR was having friendly, reliable and hard working co-workers. In these 4 years, I provided security for CSR at several different locations in both Brooklyn and Manhattan, spanning from large companies in commercial buildings, to holiday parties with over 500 people, to one time VIP events. I never had any issues working at these sites, and the working conditions were always above and beyond with what I had experienced with other security companies. Also, if it was your very first time at a site, someone from management would actually be there to meet you and to answer any and all questions. This was not only great for me as an employee, but also important for the client, as this made sure we knew exactly what the client expected from us.
