My fiancé and I just took a small plates class with Chef Angela. We were taught how to do pot stickers, sushi and egg rolls. I was very nervous before the class, but Chef Angela made it easy to follow. I would highly recommend her classes. She is very personable, fun, and makes sure you are accommodated if needed. The reason I give the class 4 stars is because I felt that Cozymeal on their side fell a little short. Some of the participants were sent a menu list and others were not. I did receive a menu list, but the menu list was not completed and was missing some important information so I could be properly prepared. I would highly recommend for Cozymeal to send the Chef the same email that goes out to their participants so that any errors can be corrected before the class. I would still try another class again.

Our \private\ event with Professor Baker was everything! He was welcoming to our group and was patient when we went a little left...LOL Professor Baker is very knowledgeable and I look forward to joining one of his classes in the future! #goodvibes

Very fun experience and wonderful meal... wish there was a bit more coordination on timing (we are not expert chefs and things flew by quickly) and also better preparation/instructions of quantity of ingredients. Everything was in metric and in grams... we had to try and convert to imperial ounces in volume... not very easy as each ingredient weighs a different amount.

Jennifer did a great job. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and everyone that participated had a good time. One suggestion I have is it would have been good to have more detail about what we needed. While there was a list of ingredients given, it was not complete and we had to continually retrieve things. I would recommend the class to anyone.

We had a great time learning how to make French Macarons with Chef Katie. There were 16 people in the class, but it didn't feel that big, as we were working in groups of 4. We made two batches, so we all got a chance to do each step (and got a chance to improve). Chef Katie was great about explaining each step clearly, and walked around to make sure things were coming together correctly. She also provided a lot of guidance on piping the batter correctly. Everything was delicious and we ended up with a lot of cookies to take home and eat over the course of the weekend! I would definitely do a class like this again. The space we were in was a professional kitchen with a great setup. Each group had their own stand mixer to utilize and everything was super clean.
