She was really helpful at my showroom appointment - providing me with lots of options (style, price range, functionality) - and was patient with me while I made decisions. She scheduled the installation and mailed me our rebate proactively. Marcy also checked in during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly, and followed up with me afterward to be sure I was satisfied. Marcy and Jeff are consistently patient and knowledgeable. We wanted our shades to be very subtle and almost disappear when closed. Their suggestion was perfect and the shades are just what we need.
