The service at Dataworks was amazing and I am a truly happy customer. I had VHS tapes and super8 tapes (about 40 total) that are priceless to my family and I. Marc converted them to external hard drives and I have since then binge-watched my childhood. He was always easy to reach and myt apes were ready about 3 weeks ahead of time. Thank you!!

I am so happy that I have my valuable family memory available in a digital format to share around the world. The turnaround time was quick. I was easily able to download the new format. My 75 was money well-spent. Marc also responds quickly by email and phone. A consummate professional who knows his stuff. I was also impressed by their office setup and their friendly receptionist Yolanda who listened as I launched in on my spiel without showing any boredom when I came to drop off my tape. Great team!
The service at Dataworks has been fantastic. I have several VHS tapes that are priceless to family and wanted to make copies of them to DVD to share with others and have back-up. They were ready for me the next day and played very well. Would definitely recommend their services.
I requested 8 VHS tapes to be converted to .move files. And my expectations were low only because some of the VHS tapes were already fuzzy when we had last viewed them. But I was willing to save anything that could be salvaged. The communication with the front desk and Marc was thorough and responsive. When we got the files back, we were so impressed with the quality of the files. And even more, we were so touched to be able to relive fond and special memories. I have been able to share these memories with other loved ones and they too are so appreciative to be able to enjoy them. The was well worth it.
