Awesome place for crafts, cosplay, fabric, and beads. Good prices. The ONLY thing I had a problem with is their CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's bad no one is happy to help . If this place can work on their customer service then this place would be thee greatest place over all craft stores.

The negative reviews don’t reflect my experience at all. From frame selection (spot on) to preparation time (a few days ahead of schedule), everything was handled in a professional and cheerful manner. I’ll definitely use them again.

I had a very heavy painting that had been broken when I moved. Decor Gallery and Framing took it and made it BETTER than new. Love this place!

My painting had smudges and fingerprints! I figured because they've been in the area for a while that they would at least respect an oil painting. It was completely unprofessional and something that is completely unexpected. Went to have the 2 frames fixed. It took a week and absolutely no work was done. They did refund my money, but mentioned that they can fix it 10x what was quoted. Should have trusted the other bad reviews.
