I have lost my keys and called Dial Locksmith for Service. Ben came over within 20 minutes, opened the door and installed new security locks. He offered to stop by the shop to copy additional keys... I did and they gave it to me at no charge. Really nice people and great service.

I've worked with Dial on a couple of home improvement projects and found them to be exceptionally professional, competent, and responsive. On the first project, I brought them several original lockets from my pre-war apartment, which they restored beautifully and made functional again (including new skeleton keys). More recently, I asked them to adjust a strike plate that wasn't working properly. After doing the work, they even lent me a couple of files in case the openings still needed further adjustment, asking just that I return them when we finished. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and would highly recommend Dial to anyone. Thanks!
New to the area and needed a key replica urgently. Was searching all over for a shop that was open in the evening. They were getting ready to close but still provided me quick and professional service. They were extremely kind and warm people. Would definitely recommend.
I locked my self out of my apartment and Ben from Dial Locksmith showed up within 10 minutes after my call. He let me back In to my apartment and changed my locks and give me knew keys in less thank 5 minutes. Would 100% recommend.
