Egyptair customer service are the worst. When you spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone without any response until the line stop shows a failure within the customer service department. I literally called twice everyday for 3 days waiting for 30-45 min average with no response!! I never had to wait on the line that much with any other airline except for Egyptair.

Been on the line for 2 hours, and I don't know if the office itself open or not to go by myself instead of the phone call. That's irresponsible if I have the option for not putting any star, I would do it .
Worst company ever Deceive customers and play around not give accurate information ever
I’m trying to book tickets for a future trip with my family and I have few questions for the airline. Few of my family members and some of my friends fly EGYPTAIR, but they book their tickets online to avoid what they warned me about “customer service “, and that’s what you get from a state owned airline, most of the staff if not all in the NY office are security agents and they lack any customer service or airline experience. I suggest for anyone to seek out other airlines going to the Middle East like Turkish Airlines or royal Jordanian which are much cheaper than emirates and Qatar Airways. Egyptair sucks, and unfortunately they don’t even deserve a one star.
