I worked with Eileen at a time when I knew I needed to radically change my career but had no idea what I wanted to do. Her structured approach and deeply insightful sessions helped me pinpoint where my talents lay, and what kind of work would actually be meaningful and fulfilling for me. Word of warning - once I knew the truth about what would make me happy, I couldn't help but act on it. Within a few months, I had quit my job of eighteen years and found a whole new career in which I am thriving.

Eileen Sharaga is a wonderful career counselor who took a holistic, inquisitive approach to find me the right career. Eileen isn’t like other career counselors I’ve seen; her approach is highly personalized, exploring not only my natural skills and aptitudes, but my values as well. Eileen was insightful, strategic, and effective. Her confidence gave me confidence. With her guidance, I now understand myself better, and feel ready to take on the next phase of my career. Eileen is not only brilliant; she also cares deeply about her clients. Working with her was a pleasure, and also highly empowering. She gave me clarity and guidance; working with Eileen enabled me to navigate through my career fog with ease. I absolutely recommend Eileen to anyone who is struggling in their career.

Eileen was an invaluable help to me. I had been feeling stressed and stuck in my career for so long when a colleague introduced me to Eileen. She was so warm and non judgmental that I felt immediately comfortable opening up to her. We went through several self assessment exercises and each session was eye opening in getting to know myself better in helping me identify my strengths, needs and personality profile (I definitely recommend doing the Myers Briggs) She helped me realize that finding the right career isn’t about looking for a one word job title but having a focused objective. I now understand what direction I want to pursue and am finally on the right track. Eileen has been in business for many years and really knows what she’s talking about. I doubt there’s a career-related issue she hasn’t seen before. I would recommend her to professionals at any stage of their career!

My sessions with her were pretty useless for what she charged. You can get better value else where; like a clinically trained psych

Eileen is the best! The exercises we did gave me the invaluable insight and clarity I needed into my strengths, my passions and my values. She is creative, outside the box thinking, and linked those qualities with a career goal that is the perfect fit for me. I am so grateful for her consistent support, encouragement and commitment that saw me through the life-altering changes I’ve made.
