A great little museum with a guide who clearly enjoys her subject! I would have liked to see more on subjects specific to NYC.

The museum was very small and most of the \artifacts\ looked homemade. There are pictures on the wall of famous mobsters from Google images. The tour guide we had was very passionate but honestly rude and talked nearly the entire time shutting people down when they had questions because they didn't wait for the right time, yeah I don't get it. We left after an hour because we had dinner reservations so plan to be there over an hour at least. Basically you're paying 20 for a tour of an old house, not a museum, with a bias tour guide. Take your time and go to a real museum. We left angry we were robbed of our time and money, they're the real mobsters
What an amazing experience! The tour guide was great. Her enthusiasm through the tour and interesting stories were super enjoyable! The actual building was interesting and so full of history. I’m so glad I took the time for this tour on my NYC trip!
Fun little place great tour guide.
I absolutely love the experience but I do need to say with my limited experience that perhaps the curator of the museum could organize it slightly more catered to new york. The Gambino family need be mentioned, a little bit more light should be in the rooms to see the photos. There should be museum artifacts that we can purchase. This museum has potential!
