A space to connect with yourself and maybe something deeper. Faina European Day Spa and the gang at Yoga at the Raven are all masters who teach with honesty, humor and grace. There's something special brewing here and you'll feel it as soon as you pass through those wooden gates.

Called made appointment because you could not book online. Lady answers, sounds like home phone not biz. She had zero communication skills. When we got there they told us the microdermobrasion machine was broke. I was supposed to get a body treatment that was at least 60 mins. Got 30 mind. Didn't communication my request to spa tech. My husband got the massage special. Was to get 15 min free foot or scalp but didn't. I was done early because my session was incorrect. I paid mine and my husband's and they refused to let him leave without putting up tip. Bad service person and won't go back. Want refund

Had a very positive experience here - the staff are helpful and the therapist was very good at being attentive to pressure, pain points, ticklishness and temperature without distracting from the relaxation of the massage. The environment is simple, clean and soothing. And the cost/value is excellent. Only two little negatives - it's a little difficult to figure out which is the right entrance the first time you go and there was a little bit of sound bleed from the nearby rooms.

This is the worst place to go for massages (especially deep tissue) that I've been to in Manhattan--and I've been to dozens. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing, performing the same 2 light strokes for 50 minutes. She didn't ask if I needed more pressure or how it was. I tried to tell her where to concentrate but there was no English. She just did whatever she wanted. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because they were (from what I could tell) clean and reasonably nice. The sandals and robe were actually painful to wear. For massages instead try Haven Spa for the same price. My fiance and I are appalled at how boring and lazy the massage was. Would NOT recommend -- maybe I got a bad day but do not risk it! And if you are the manager please speak to your staff who gave a lazy deep tissue massage.

Great facial! My esthetician, Fay, was excellent and professional telling me what she was doing every step of the way! My face looked and felt like a million bucks upon completion. The products they used felt and smelled great! Overall experience was simply amazing!
