Their business was very professional and the communication was very good. We did have a few items with minor damages, but all and all it was a very easy move. The movers were on time, and very pleasant to work with. The set up was very easy as well with questions answered quickly. I would recommend this company!

Do not use FlatRate Moving. They completely destroyed all of my lamps, snapped off dresser legs, and broke a box of dishes. I emailed them photos of the damage immediately after the move and they proceeded to call me multiple times a day claiming that they \couldn't see the damage\, when the photo clearly showed a dresser with no leg and boxes full of shattered glass. I submitted claims paperwork for the damage. Now they will not respond to any emails. Every phone call goes to an answering machine and my messages are never returned. O'Brian Dunkley and Bernard Smith are the two employees that have misled me throughout this entire process. They will lie and avoid you whenever possible. This was the worst moving experience of my entire life and I regret choosing FlatRate Moving.

Omar & Crew were AMAZING!! They not only moved my daughter in a timely manner but did it in a BLIZZARD! This is her 4th move w/ FlatRate and Nicholas her Salesperson has been with her since her first move in 2016. The price never changes and her stuff has always arrived in perfect order. They are a hardworking gracious team! Highly Recommend.

Khalil Diab

have done a lot of national and international moves and this is the worst moving company I have dealt with. They moved our furniture from the Baltimore port to Bethesda using a little know subcontracted company called Letz Get Moving. The \boss\ arrives with only 1 other person having hired 2 other people last minute. The 2 teams did not work well together and they did not have any moving supplies. They dumped everything in our apartment and did not assemble anything or unwrap the furniture per contract and left. There are images to prove that below. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Anyone who wants to go for a class action lawsuit, I am willing to pitch in.
