I recently visited the store as I was on a prolonged business trip to New York City. I ended up taking my camera & selling it as I needed a little cash & was looking to upgrade soon. Joanne on 8th Ave took great care of me. She was professional, friendly, very thorough & efficient. She asked questions that were helpful to fit my needs & was more than fair when offering to buy my camera with various options. I was very pleased with the customer service & overall experience as the store was clean, neat & had a bevy of buying options. Joanne got me in the store & out. If I need a pawn shop in NYC, I’m definitely returning.
