I have never been in a party bus so I really don't have a point of reference we rented a 20 pass party bus and it was a Black party we wanted a white one never the less I was very impressed with the bus itself how it was put together I was expecting something very garish and over the top instead it was more like a classy upscale Yacht polished Mahogany wood and tasteful leather seating great audio video system and I was impressed with the Driver,s knowledge of the city and how affable he was to us and he had a P.A. system which made communicating very simple .and how the wet bar was set up the ice was all left in the bag so we had fresh uncontaminated ice. Great job kudos to the driver and the set up crew. I am a retired Pilot and I know what it takes to get all the people behind the scenes on the same page . My name is LOUIS M. I am a Wedding Planner in the city and I recently worked with NYC Party Bus Pros(owner owned, family business) with a wedding at St. Monica's and Jon was very responsive and professional. The bus arrived on time and everything ran perfectly and professionally. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
The car was clean and on time, the driver avoided traffic like a pro. The price was reasonable. We'll use them again next year, I would definitely recommend this company.
I was so turned off by the bad attitude of the sales rep on the initial phone call. He quoted a price of 40 per person, (other companies charge a flat rate) then changed it to 50 per person when I said we hadn't decided on a destination. I thought the initial call would be to get info from a knowledgable person. He didn't seem to want my business because he was less than helpful. For the record, I could not publish my comment without giving at least one star otherwise, I wouldn't have given any.
Great Customer service they helped us find another party bus and did a three way call with a another company because they were already booked I am giving them 5 stars for the selfless way they help us find a bus we will recommend them to our NY friends,and any one else who wants to deal with a company who gets it.
