I used Grace and Essex Cleaners during my lock down in NYC. They've been a life saver proving great wash and fold laundry service. They came and picked up and dropped from my hotel lobby and made my life bit easier during my Covid-19 pandemic. My husband so gives big thumbs up with their laundry shirts
I use Grace & Essex for laundry at my theater. Laundry is sent out with very specific care instructions for each piece and they follow those instructions well. They are reliable, have good turn around time, and are great about having clear billing. I recommend them for laundry use at work or at home!
Very unreliable service for a higher than average price tag. I used them twice and every time they didn’t deliver the dry cleaning at the date we agreed upon. First time they were a day later, second time three (3)! days late. I was seriously concerned whether they lost my pretty dresses. The quality of cleaning is average. Don’t recommend.
