I had a terrible experience. I did a gut renovation and Mrs Geeta Nathai helped me select the fixtures . She sold me a Franke faucet for my kitchen and from the very beginning I noticed a poor flow . It was difficult to fill a pot with water . She told me it was the pressure in my building. I had no issues in my bathroom though . Soon the faucet leaked causing damage in my custom made cabinet. She replaced it with the warranty. The next faucet had the same issues so she told me to sell it on eBay . I replied it is a good way to get a negative feedback . She won’t help me further . I had to pay 200 to install a different faucet . She is stubborn and won’t acknowledge any problems . The faucet was top of the line 535.50 plus tax and installation. Extremely poor non existent customer service . Stay away from this place . If a problem arises , they won’t be there for you .

Awful experience with an older gentleman who couldn’t have cared less about helping me or providing any information. It was like pulling teeth. I would never work with him. Read another negative review about the same guy. Really bad reflection on the showroom. One star is too many.

Stay away from this store! Went into the store 1.5 hr before closing. Nobody was at the front desk to help customers. Found two women chatting in the back so I asked if someone can help. One of them answered very unwillingly, clearly I had interrupted their chit chat. finally she yelled one of the workers out and this guy was just as unpleasant. The store is crowded and poorly lit on an off street away from most furniture/home showrooms in the area. I now see why - they are clearly not up to the league. Don’t bother wasting your time here and go else where.

Forewarned is forearmed. The showroom is nice, the staff is very nice. The buying experience is very nice. So far so nice. Here is what everyone who deals in this business should know. Niceness and efficiency stops when you set foot onto 56th street. What happened? The 700 sink arrived with a manufacturers defect. Replacement time? I am still waiting, and so is my contractor. No special treatment for a mid renovation screwup. Not nice, if you ask me? So buyer, open the box on the curb when they deliver and check it out before you sign off. No one else has. Where is the shower trim? Don't know. One of the laborers had signed for the shipment (my fault) and it was never delivered. But because someone signed for it I was responsible. New cost, 300. The brackets for the hotel shower rack were missing. They had been signed for. My mistake again, and another 65 in the hole. So whose fault was the missing items? Mine. Had anyone warned me that this was a business where things regularly \fall off the truck?\ Well no. But now you know. Do not trust anyone when it comes to honesty and quality control. Forewarned is forearmed.

Worst staff ever! I walked in at 2:50 with 10 mins left for closing time on a Saturday cause I need bathroom fixtures. I am pregnant and it's pretty obvious but the sales person was extremely rude to me saying that they were closed. They still had a customer inside with 10 minutes to close. I asked him very politely if I could just take a quick glance and he responded with - 'we are closed - Jeez! ' I am a potential customer and should have not been spoken to that way! Will never go back to the store just because of the rude man!! They just lost a customer who would have given them a lot of business!
