so good! I'm always looking for a place that has both good sandwiches / wraps AND good fries.. this place is that sweet spot. a nice, long menu with so many options, including creating your own salad, sandwich and more. i got the salmon burger, but in a wrap instead. it came toasted (delicious) with perfectly cooked fries. a great Sunday order-in

The worst place to get a custom salad. Extremely slow service (in Manhattan! Near Penn station!) There were 4 people working behind the counter but no one came forward to make my order after it was placed. When I finally asked them to hurry up, the person said she wasn't responsible for making it, some other guy was. He was busy doing something else. Once he started making the salad, he realized that they didn't have chopped apples so he chopped it very coarsely. Whatever they use to make the chicken "spicy" did not smell good at all. Had to eat around it. Also, no chopped kale! Was expecting a lot from this place because I live nearby and was hoping to find a local spot. Will not be returning. Unless you're looking for a 15 barely edible salad with terrible customer service to boot, save the trouble and go to the nearby sweetgreen.

Found this gem in the city, now I come here for lunch every day I work... Great variety of food and they make it fresh. Love their cookies, it's big and tasty!! Falafel was good, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. They also have a vegetarian selection and Keto too!

The food here is generally very good. They are great at sending out constant emails offering 10 or 15% off on your next visit. The problem is the service is very inconsistent. There doesn’t seem to be a good work flow in the food prep area and the optics of cashiers talking and joking around with the food preparers while you are waiting close to 15 minutes for an avocado toast isn’t really great. While I was waiting, 2 people came in wanting coffee and were turned away because it wasn’t brewed (by the cashier joking around.) Just mentioning these things because I’d like this local business to make it - but if it closes it isn’t because you didn’t send out enough coupons!

Excellent, and I mean excellent healthy food. I’ve been going here for years. Just keep in mind, if you order from them around lunch, be prepared to wait an hour for your food, no matter what it is. They are crazy understaffed during peak times. This is the only thing that’s keeping me from a 5 star.

The girl with the green Vans sweater is extremely rude. She rolled her eyes multiple times and got very loud with us when we were ordering. She yells at customers and has a very rude attitude. Clearly has no customer service etiquette and is driving customers away. Creates a very negative energy in the environment which is very uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. Other than her bad energy, this place is really nice and the food is delicious and well prepared. If she was having a bad day she need to learn how to not let it affect her job performance because she’s rubbing of her bad attitude.
