Through Greenwich St. Jewelers, I recently purchased a custom order for two charms made by TAPP Todd Pownell. My experience was great, start to finish. The store is small, but is mostly working by appointment only. Since I was looking to create something from scratch it was recommended that I meet with Dana. She was very patient with me and gave me as much attention as I needed in order to sit down and explain my ideas and explore the jewelry to get additional inspiration. I had to have several email exchanges with Dana so that we could solidify price and exact specifications. She was always very responsive to my messages and made me feel that she was \on top\ of my particular request. Since TAPP has been unusually busy, Dana set reasonable expectations with me about the timeline of when I would receive the final pieces. So, it was a great surprise and delight when they arrived earlier than anticipated!
