I have been a customer of GVMC and its predecessor for more than 10 years. Until this year, GVMC had been reliable and good value for money, particularly regarding mail forwarding. However, GVMC's staffing levels have been badly affected by Covid-19, which has resulted in a substantial decline in the quality of its customer service. Although this might seem understandable, I have not received any forwarded mail in almost 4 months and GVMC no longer responds to emails, phone calls, or Facebook messages. Also, it is no longer possible to leave voice messages because the voicemail inbox is full. Because I don't live locally, I'm not even sure if they are still in business. GVMC, if you are still around, please get in touch. Thank you. Gavin.
Food service. Convenient location. Unfortunately their hours have not gone back to precovid hours... makes it hard to get what I need done... wished they were open again on Saturdays

Unfortunately GVMC has fallen from a friendly small business to a completely unreliable dysfunctional mess. There was a change in management, perhaps that's why this place is often unreachable by both phone and email. Store hours are often subject to change without any warning, mail forwarding is not an option despite their advertising otherwise. It's sad to have to leave this review but it's terribly unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you're looking for mailbox rental, look elsewhere!
The Village Mail Center is a fabulous resource. They will deliver your package through any delivery service, including UPS and USPS. They offer package packing services; Xeroxing; computers; mailboxes; and they sell packing materials. And notary services! I've used them for decades, and appreciate that the staff is courteous, good-humored; and knowledgeable. And patient in walking every customer through the available delivery options. Theirs is a very different vibe from the nearby UPS store. The staff here tends to be of long-standing. There's a neighborly, personal connection that is just nice, yet always professional.

They never open on time! they use to open at 8:00AM but they were always 30 min late ...so now they open at 8:30 but they don't get their until 9:00 am so its even worst... I use to go before work but now I have to wait till the weekends and now they closed Sundays so I can only go on Saturdays but they are still always late on Saturdays!!!!!!!!! I wish I could cancel my account but all my mail goes their and it would be a big task trying to change my address with all the company's I have transaction with... But if this continues I will be forced to cancel and look for another place.
