VERY unprofessional. Bus smelled like pure URINE like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Had a two hour delay that turned into a five hour delay that almost cost many passengers (including myself) their jobs! We as passengers tried to contact and email the company and they hung up in our faces and now they still won’t give us our money back !!! Plus they try to be funny towards people and their genders (rude as hell). I truly hope a CEO or someone sees this because that was the last and final time for me to use greyhound bus lines !!! I am not settling for 17.00 out of 244.00 that could’ve went towards more important necessities in my life!

Travelled with Greyhound for the first time and found it to be good. The station is new, and has a departure board with the buses, gates and destinations listed. Unfortunately our bus (NY to DC) was delayed by about 2 hours. The Greyhound people at the gate were apologetic and offered other passengers claim forms. I found them to be nice, we did however purchase e-tickets, had no interaction with the ticket office. It helped quite a bit to be able to track the bus's location on our phone and be able to wander about the area during the delay. Many food options just outside the station.
