Syracuse station was clean and well kept and monitored by extremely friendly agents. Driver had a great personality and kept things moving without issues. On time, no complaints. Wish greyhound would be mindful of the pandemic and only sell a limited number of seats like amtrak is doing.

Sits are too small and no leg room. They dont care about covid or peoples safety. Buses are always over crowded. They need to do better
