Nice amenities and spacious rooms with nice decor but staff are not very friendly. Hotels rooms are a dime a dozen so service is what sets them apart and makes you want to rebook. I come to NY often but don't stay at this hotel again.

A wonderful venue, theater, and top notch staff! This venue is great for women's networking or empowerment gatherings. Emily, Melissa, Brittany, Kyle, the security staff, coat check girl, and AV were all on point!! Attendees were impressed with the service and attention to detail. Helen, you have some wonderful people working for you! It was a pleasure meeting you! We will surely be back! Thank you!

Nice open space with hardwood floors and a decent bar. The theater/stage downstairs is pretty nice and seats 160. During a crowded event, the flow of walking traffic is difficult because it's somewhat narrow and there are no alternate routes.

3.75 stars. The space is just okay, nothing amazing. Nice bar, it's big and pretty. Additionally, I hear they do event catering really well! I've been there for events and, impressed with the food, I asked the people who invited me about the food. I was told the Helen Mills venue coordinates the food for events. For organizations who choose to do business with this venue, I assume the bar is the glamour factor. The staff is professional. The seating is basic. The acoustics are good. I felt the schmooze zone by the bar was a nice size.

Rocky Point HVAC Specialist NY

Best of the best rum bars in NY and Bay Area. As a local, I often bring out of town visitors here for a treat to the eyes (amazing decor) and the senses (perfectly crafted drinks). Random location, but that makes it interesting. Make sure you arrive early to avoid a line.
