Fantastic way to end a break in NYC.
We took the 199 per person flight and it was well worth it. They took us over Governer’s Island, Ellis Island, the Hudson River up until Midtown and back. The price may seem a bit high but the impressions were amazing and I can really recommend it. Also, the staff was really nice and assisting. Nice job!
I emailed them twice regarding purchasing a gift certificate without getting any response. This morning, I sent them a text message via Messenger and they actually responded. When I asked about a gift card/certificate option, then again went silent on me. It’s really just requires a “yes” or a “no”. It’s been 8 hours since they first responded to my initial inquiry saying “I have a question”. It’s never been this hard to give my money away before I even get a service. I don’t know why it’s so hard to say “no” if they don’t. Update: just looked at all the negative reviews and am so happy that I didn’t prepay!
