This app is VERY poorly programmed and the management is terrible. I was trying to buy meet and greet tickets for the Jonas Brothers. Tickets went on sale Tuesday but the app crashed immediately. They pushed the time back an hour to adjust the app. Then didn’t give any updates for 4 MORE HOURS! They ended up pushing the on sale time to Friday at 10AM. The app crashed AGAIN. I finally had tickets at 10:30AM in my cart, personal and credit information entered, clicked “buy” and IT CRASHED AGAIN!!! Then it sold out. Needless to say, VERY undependable. I will NOT be using it again. Also, when I asked a question through the support tab, I NEVER received an answer. TERRIBLE customer service.

website is pathetic, don't know why big artists would ever partner with them. trying to get meet and greet tickets and it has been one of the most stressful moments of my life. very bad.
If I could give 0 starts or not even click on the star is what they deserve , such an bad organized staff and website, what a mess, they dont answer emails also has no phone number to reach them out, its impossible to contact those people they really do not know how to make business . The website most of time also does not work for purchase. Terrible . Horrible . That's such a big big big huge super mess.
I've been waiting 5 hours to get meet and greet tickets. Haven't been contacted or updated since 4 hours ago, when they said the site would be up half an hour later. It's been 4 hours now!!! This is ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. They won't reply.
TERRIBLE customer service. 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
