Sometimes you just need a company that understands your situation is urgent, and Eli at HVAC NYC CORP came thru big time! I called them with an emergency yesterday, and within just a few hours, they showed up at my doorstep, and completely fixed the situation at hand. Considering the clear level of expertise Eli had, and the promptness with which he responded to my request, the price was more than fair... A no brainer really.
Just had an emergency couple hours ago tried to reach many companies nobody could come. I managed to get Eli over he was great, he fix the problem right away. The price was fair. HIGHLY recommend!!

Just had a new Mitsubishi split Level air conditioner installed in our bedroom and am thrilled with the service and price I got from Five Borough AC. Only last week, they visited for a free quote and after receiving my go-ahead, they scheduled the job within a few days. I was so surprised at their promptness. They arrived on time and went the extra mile when installing the units. Originally we were going to keep our old pipes and reuse them, but the workers discovered that the installers of my old unit did a really bad job. Even though it was going to be more work, they consulted with me and decided it was better to put in new pipes altogether. (no extra charge, either). They worked quickly, cleanly, quietly and cleaned up pretty good before leaving after taking the time to teach me how to work the new system. One of the things I liked best about them is that they explained everything to me. I was given several options to choose from and each option was carefully explained which helped me to make an educated decision about which air conditioner was best. I have never had such nice and helpful contractors before. And I have had a lot of experience with various contractors in the past. No one has ever come close to providing the service I received from this company. By the way, they were recommended to me by a small business around the corner who also had air conditioning installed. Five Borough will be my go-to contractor for both air conditioning and Heating in the future. I highly recommend them.
