I came all the way to the city just for the store to be closed. It saids on the door its open from 12pm to 7pm on Sundays.... and yet the store is pitch black. If I am rating the makeup, its pretty good for the price! 4 stars

I arrived at the place 5 min before closing. The employee did not even want to tell me if they had a product in stock. unpleasant experience poorly educated staff
Great store with quality products without the awkward atmosphere that you come across so often in certain high-end stores. Very down to earth and relaxed environment to shop around in with friendly people to help.
I get it. Its Times Square, lots of other things to be doing other than working, but we were not greeted upon entering, there was only 1 other lady in the store, when we couldn't find what i came in to get he asked if i looked at each lipstick as people put them in the wrong spot...i said i know the color number, and from his stool said, I don't think we have that. When i said i know the color number, could he come check he said if its not there, no. But a lot of the samples were missing or in the wrong spot, so not sure how he would know, around behind the desk. we did actually find it, but clearly he couldnt care less, so we put it down and left. Headed to Sephora & Kiko for a much better customer service experience!

I went to the Inglot inside Macy's and that was disappointing. This location is much better - I picked up an foundation and one their loose pigments. I was shade matched by one of the sweetest counter lady: I didn't catch her name. Anyway, go to this location for more 1 on 1 service.
We love INGLOT! Their eyeshadows and flexible palettes are great, and their staff is always helpful not only when we are in the city, but also by phone to get us multiples of the same color or our teams.
Inglot is not well known in the U.S., but their cosmetics are high quality and affordable. This is their flagship store. The brand is also sold at Macy's, but come here for the best selection and service. Inglot's eyeshadows are amazing and dozens of colors are available. I like their "Freedom" palettes, available in several sizes. Load the magnetic palette with your own curated shadows, blushes, etc. Lipsticks are excellent, too. Don't hesitate to buy this brand. The staff at this location are all helpful and kind.
