Great store. Super helpful staff. Large selection. I had lost my travel organizer—ugh—and they had a good selection. I had begun shopping for luggage and wanted to take a look at a few different brands, they had them all and the salesman was quite knowledgeable about them. Their pricing is competitive so it's a great option to purchase directly from them.

Attractive display and spacing. Every type of style, from elegant to sporty. Matching sets, from toiletry bags to rolling trunks. Wide spread on price, though quality appears to be superior.
Innovation Luggage is a gem. Very tasteful selection in-store and they carry all kinds of everyday bags, wallets, RFID tech, not just luggage. The store is packed with inventory out on the floor but arranged in a very neat, comfortable way. It's a bit pricey but as I say in most of my reviews, its Manhattan NYC- things, places, leases, food, gas etc are just all gonna be more expensive- its the ones who gouge I call out! HOWEVER, they are FAIR here. They PRICE MATCH online retailers if you can show legit lower prices. They did this for me on a gorgeous Herschel backpack. They weren't uppity about it, they were friendly and accommodating. My experience was so pleasant they earned a new regular customer with me. And I travel quite a bit ;-)
